When will I receive my order?
If you’re ordering from the UK, you should receive your purchase a couple of days after ‘your order has been dispatched’ email. If you ordered from outside the UK an estimated time of arrival was in ‘your order has been dispatched’ email
Returns and exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, however please get in touch if there is an issue with your order. Contact us at the email address above.

What materials do you use to make the earrings?
The earrings are made from polymer clay, gold leaf, acrylic paint and hard resin with either stainless steel or 18k+ gold plated stainless steel fixings.
How do I look after my purchase?
Polymer clay jewellery is made to be able to be a little bendy, but please refrain from bending as they are more likely to break that way.
Avoid wearing them to bed, in the shower, or any activity that may damage the earrings.
Allow perfumes and lotions to dry before wearing.
Best stored in a closed bag or box – somewhere safe where they can’t get dropped, squished or dusty.
For cleaning – use a slightly damp (water only) non-abrasive cloth and gently clean. Please don’t use acetone or any other harsh chemicals to clean the clay.
