Delivery

I aim to deliver all jewellery within 3-5 days from point of purchase. For items that are made to order, please allow 5-7 days for arrival. Items are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Tracked service which will not require a signature.

International Delivery

Delivery is charged in accordance with size and destination (see below as a guide). I ship jewellery items via Royal Mail’s International Tracked Service. Responsibility cannot be held for items that are delayed via customs entering the country.

UK First Class Delivery: £3.99 (Includes Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland & other UK Islands)

Europe: £9.95 (2-10 working days from dispatch)

Rest of the world: £14.99 (5-14 working days from dispatch)

Returns

Every effort is made to package your items so they arrive with you in pristine condition. However, if you do find any damage, please email info@lexiloveshandmade.com along with an image of your faulty item and I will advise how best I can assist you. When returning your item, please enclose your original invoice (where possible). Alternatively, enclose a note with your contact and order details.

I always recommend using a tracked service to return your item. I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return post.
Please return a faulty product within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, or to have your item fixed.

Please note that earrings without faults or damage are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
